環境教育認證設施場所——飛牛牧場參訪紀實 Environmental Education Certificated Farms Investigation -- Visiting Flying Cow Ranch

I was invited to join LCA's project of the year and write down my thoughts as an animal science student. Please note that this is not a very rigorous assessment of the animal welfare condition at Flying Cow Ranch. It is more like an observation note from an animal science student's perspective.

飛牛牧場的前身「中部青年酪農村」於1970年代建立，1995年轉型成觀光牧場營運，近年更積極取得各項優質認證。其中，也包含2012年獲得的環境教育設施場所認證。於是我們決定進行調查，符合環境教育認證的設施場所，有哪些值得其他觀光牧場學習之處，又有那些缺失能再努力改善呢？
